Every session is tailored to you.
Your sessions are built around you, your body, your goals, your history and how you’re feeling on the day.
Depending on what you need, a session may focus on strength, balance, mobility, rehabilitation, massage or a combination of these. You’ll work directly with Stuart or Roanna, with close guidance and adjustments throughout.

What we can help with
Rehabilitation
Rebuild strength, movement and confidence.
Whether you’re preparing for surgery, recovering afterwards or working through an ongoing injury, we can help you gradually rebuild strength and movement in a controlled and supportive environment.
We have extensive experience working with knee, hip, back and shoulder issues, joint replacements and other physical limitations.
Where appropriate, your sessions can also work alongside guidance from your surgeon, physiotherapist or other healthcare professional.
Massage
Relieve tension. Improve movement. Support recovery.
With more than 20 years of experience, therapeutic massage is an important part of the way we help clients manage tightness, discomfort and restricted movement.
Massage can be used on its own or alongside strength and mobility work, depending on what your body needs.
The goal isn’t simply to help you feel better for an hour. It’s to support better movement and help keep you active.
Strength & Balance
Build strength for the things you do every day.
Strength becomes increasingly important as we get older. Not just in the gym, but for getting out of a chair, carrying groceries, gardening, travelling, walking confidently and staying independent.
Your exercises are carefully chosen for your current ability, with Stuart or Roanna beside you to guide your technique and progress you safely.
Balance and stability can also form an important part of your sessions, helping you feel steadier and more confident on your feet.
Mobility & Flexibility
Move more freely and with less stiffness.
Good movement isn’t about being able to touch your toes.
It’s about being able to comfortably reach, bend, turn, walk and move through everyday life.
We use controlled mobility and flexibility work to help maintain or improve your range of movement, reduce stiffness and make everyday activities feel easier.
Fitness & Conditioning
Build your fitness at a pace that suits you.
You don’t need to already be fit before you start.
We gradually build your fitness around your current ability, health and goals. Without throwing you into an exhausting workout or expecting you to keep up with anyone else.
The aim is to improve your energy, confidence and ability to keep doing the things you enjoy.
More than a set programme
Your body doesn’t feel exactly the same every day. Your training shouldn’t either.
You won’t be handed a workout sheet and expected to repeat the same exercises week after week.
We pay attention to how you’re moving, how you’re feeling and how you responded to your previous sessions. Your workout can then be adjusted accordingly.
Some days you may need more strength work. Other days the focus might shift towards mobility, balance, rehabilitation or massage.
Every session has a purpose, and every session is built around what you need.
One-on-one support
You’ll always know who you’re working with.
You’ll work directly with Stuart or Roanna, so the person guiding your session knows your history, your goals, your limitations and the progress you’ve already made.
We explain exercises clearly, watch your technique closely and make adjustments as you go.
There’s no being left alone on a gym floor wondering whether you’re doing something correctly.
